geesh. how utterly silly and grasping at straws. georgia fuller lost by what – over 80%? and now she wastes money on a lawsuit?

i hope that this will bite trans phobic people in the derriere and the judgment will make it abundantly clear that a) this is a clear case of discrimination and that b) what equipment we happen to carry around in our underwear is no-one’s business.

total, complete, bullshit. this is the kind of thing that leaves your mouth hanging open because you can’t believe someone would do something THAT horrid, but then all the transphobia in this world starts coming back to you and you realize it’s reality.

Thank you for reporting on this, Cara. It hurts to read a story like this. How many trans* folk are, like me, questioning whether all the voices screaming at them are really right after reading this?

I hope that Ms. Bruce wins this one, and proves Fuller to be a total ass.

BTW, it’s pretty cool that she’s a repo woman!
