I have to say the only consequence of the Newsweek coverage for me so far (haven’t made my way that far in yet) is to make me like Obama as a person (vs. as a politician) a lot more (he’s a nerd! he put up a sign reminding staff members to donate partly used hotel shampoo/soap to homeless shelters! he hummed “disco inferno” when a light was flickering on and off!) and this quote is a big part of that reason.
